First Week of School!!
Hello out there!! As you may already know, Austin Peay has officially started its fall semester of classes. To be honest, I am little surprised that I actually like my classes this semester. My teachers are really nice and the classes actually interest me. I am also only taking 12 hours so I am not as stressed as I usually would be. I went to the football game we had this past saturday and it was great!! We won by a landslide and looked really good out on the field. I think were going to have a winning season this year. I will definitely be at the next game. I was also lucky enough to get to watch the game from the President’s Box. It’s really nice up there..you get to meet a lot of people and the food is delicious. I also had the pleasure of meeting our new president Timothy Hall. He was very easy to talk to and he made sure everyone around him was having a good time. I think he’s a good addition to Austin Peay.
I hope all you newcomers to Austin Peay are enjoying the campus and your classes. I know at first things may seem a little overwhelming, but believe me..you will get the hang of it. I also want to let you know that you will recover from the high prices of your books..=). I truly look forward to what this fall semester has to bring and look forward to what changes are in store for the Peay!!! Thanks for reading and I will be back soon!!
